These conditions are valid only between the company JAMALFI SRLin liq.ne., Via delle Cartiere 104 AMALFI (SA) VAT 05551270654 hereinafter referred to as JAMALFI and any person making purchases online at internet site https://www.jamalfi.bio hereinafter referred to as “customer”. These conditions may be subject to change, the time setting on line equals the date of entry into force.
These general conditions govern purchases made on the website https://www.jamalfi.bio, in accordance with articles 50 et seq of Legislative Decree No. 206 of September 6, 2005, the consumer code, section II of chapter I of title III of part three, to which reference is made in accordance with art. 60 of the consumer code, and subsequent amendments and additions.
ARTICLE 1-subject of the contract and prices
With these general conditions of sale, JAMALFI sells and the customer buys the tangible movable property indicated and offered for sale on the site https://www.jamalfi.bio hereinafter referred to as “customer”. The selling prices of the products shown on the website include Incl. Delivery costs are shown separately in the relevant section and vary depending on the nature of the shipment.
ARTICLE 2-stipulation and effectiveness of the agreement
The contract between JAMALFI and the client shall be deemed concluded when the order is duly submitted by the customer-in accordance with the purchase procedure indicated on the site-reaches the website address. The order placed by the customer shall be binding for JAMALFI only if the entire purchase procedure has been completed successfully and correctly, without any error messages from the site. ARTICLE 3-product availability

ARTICLE 4-payment
Mark. If you buy cash on delivery, payment must be made exclusively with cash to the courier who will deliver. Will result in an increase of postage of € 5.00 per order.

The annulment of the transaction, in no event shall JAMALFI be liable for any direct or indirect damage caused by delay in failure to release the amount committed by PayPal. At no time during the purchase process JAMALFI is able to know the Customer’s financial information. For every transaction you make through your PayPal account you will receive a confirmation email from PayPal.
ARTICLE 5-delivery methods and charges
Shipping guarantees, on costs and on relationships with carriers and details of delivery JAMALFI agrees to send the goods within 3 working days in Italy and within 5 working days in Europe, starting from the communication via e-mail from JAMALFI to confirm receipt of the order, except for purchases made by bank transfer. For every order placed on the website JAMALFI will issue an invoice for the goods shipped, sending it via certified mail box. For the issuance of the invoice, the information provided by the customer when ordering. Delivery costs are charged to the customer, to the extent indicated in the notice of receipt of order.
The shipping cost is:

35 euro for all other countries
For the delivery of the goods requires the presence of the customer or his representative at the address indicated in the order. Upon delivery of the goods by the carrier, the customer must check:
- the number of packages delivered corresponds to

Time for delivery of the goods should be considered approximate. In case of failure of delivery, JAMALFI will attempt to contact the customer to define and possibly resolve the causes of NDRs. The order will be canceled for failure to deliver. Cancellation, JAMALFI will inform the customer by e-mail. The amount already paid by the client will be refunded as soon as possible but no later than thirty days after receipt of the purchase order, with deduction of costs incurred for delivery attempts.
Right of withdrawal
Out of all the extensive guarantees that protect the customer by law 19. In accordance with art. 64 Legislative Decree 206/2005, if the customer is a consumer (i.e. a person who buys goods for purposes unrelated to the business activity or profession, meaning that it carries out the purchase order form indicating a reference to VAT), has the right to withdraw from the contract without penalty and without giving any reason, within 10 working days from the conclusion of the contract.

Within the same period can be sent a telegram or a fax which must be followed within 48 hours the aforementioned registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt confirming the indicated withdrawal. Within the above term of 10 days must be returned to the sender-manufacture all goods purchased intact and in their original packaging and any accessories, without any lack. Return postage will be borne by the customer.
Upon receipt of the request JAMALFI will supply the full amount paid by the consumer within thirty days, with Bank currency in any case not exceeding the 15th working day from the date of receipt of the cancellation notice. Consumer shall promptly provide the Bank on which to obtain the transfer (Cod. ABI, CAB, bank account, iban)

ARTICLE 7-liability of third parties auxiliaries
JAMALFI is not responsible for the actions of third parties who, acting as independent auxiliaries, involved in the management or execution of payment transactions, delivery of the goods and any other operation connected with the execution of the contracts concluded through the site.
ARTICLE 8 governing law and jurisdiction
The sales contract between the customer and JAMALFI is governed by the Italian law, under exclusion of the operation of the rules of conflict. For civil disputes relating to contracts of sale between the customer and JAMALFI concluded through the site, if the customer is a consumer, the territorial competence rests exclusively that the courts for the place of residence or domicile of the Customer, if located in Italy. In all other cases, the territorial jurisdiction rests unavoidably to the Court of Salerno.
ARTICLE 9 PRIVACY
Information according to art. 13 Legislative Decree n. 196/03Il personal data will be processed in full compliance with Legislative Decree 196/2003 and is based on principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency and the protection of privacy and rights of the customer. Returns procedure
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
